Ingredients

- 1. Spindrift Blackberry
- 2. 1 tb simple syrup
- 3. peach - sliced
- 4. 5 dashes of bitters
- 5. fresh blackberries
- 6. 2.5oz bourbon
Directions
Serves 2 • 5 Minute Prep
- 1. Muddle bitters, simple syrup, a peach slice, and a few blackberries
- 2. Add ice and bourbon
- 3. Stir then top with Spindrift and garnish with more blackberries
Bartender's Note*
For a great mocktail, just skip the bourbon.
